Job summary

Inizio Engage in Milwaukee seeks an experienced clinical educator to provide disease state education and clinical support to healthcare professionals and office staff in primary care and specialty practices. You will travel up to 80% for education delivery, present Train The Trainer programs, and collaborate with a top biotechnology partner to improve provider knowledge and patient care.

This role requires RN or RT licensure, a relevant degree, and a commitment to ongoing professional

Qualifications

• Active RN or Respiratory Therapist license required.
• Associate's/Bachelor's/BSN or equivalent work-related experience.
• 3+ years’ experience in respiratory disease state or related field.
• Pharma/biotech clinical educator or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to present to physicians and office staff.
• Evidence of ongoing professional development and knowledge updates.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% with overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Provide in person and virtual disease state education and engagement calls to patients.
• Present Train The Trainer programs to Healthcare Professionals, live and virtual.
• Travel to areas with highest demand, including Spanish-speaking patients.
• Complete training courses and competency assessments within required timeframes.
• Handle administrative duties: reports, emails, and expense tracking.
• Attend local and national meetings to stay up to date and share knowledge.
• Manage territory(s) as assigned and travel outside as needed.
• Document all activity with accuracy and timeliness.
• Adhere to internal and external compliance and codes of conduct.
