Piedmont Atlanta Hospital is seeking a clinical nurse expert to educate, coach, and provide direct care for patients and surgical services staff. The role emphasizes leadership collaboration and ethical decision making to promote high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities include serving as a clinical expert, driving quality improvements, and communicating issues to leadership as needed. This position requires strong OR nursing experience and appropriate licensure.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room nursing experience required.
• RN licensure in Georgia and/or multi-state licensure required.
• BCLS certification required.
• Advanced certification in field of specialty (AORN) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead ethical decisions, act as change agent, and promote quality via clinical expertise.
• Communicate patient care and staff concerns to leaders as needed.

Qualifications:

Education

Work Experience

• 2 years of Operating Room nursing experience Required

Licenses and Certifications

• RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure Required
• BCLS - Basic Life Support Required
• Advanced certification in field of specialty (AORN) Preferred
