Required RN licensure with 2+ years of professional experience; Master’s in Nursing preferred. Ability to work in-person and online, with emphasis on inclusive education and professional development.

Qualifications

• 2+ professional experience in the discipline being taught.
• Ability to teach in both face-to-face and online environments.
• Knowledge of computer-based academic delivery systems.

Responsibilities

• Teaches students during clinical rounds and pre/post conferences.
• Develops, designs, and delivers instruction with the course coordinator.
• Mentors students in clinical settings and maintains records of performance.
• Collaborates with faculty to ensure cohesive educational experiences.
• Participates in curriculum development and assessment activities.
