Qualifications

• RN licensed to practice in Connecticut.

Responsibilities

• Orientation: coordinate and conduct orientation programs for newly hired staff.
• Skills Validation: perform competency assessments and document results.
• Skills Education: educate staff on clinical skills and protocols.
• In Servicing: plan and conduct mandatory continuing education.
• Policy Education: train on updates to policies and equipment.
• Documentation: maintain training records and hours.
• Identify Gaps: determine educational needs from reviews and audits.
• Survey Readiness: assist in preparing for health surveys.
