Orientation: Coordinate and conduct orientation programs for newly hired staff
Skills Validation: Perform and document competency assessments and skills validation
Skills Education: Educate staff on various clinical skill and protocols as needed
In Servicing: Plan, schedule, and execute mandatory continuing education and in-service training
Policy Education: Train staff on updates to facility policies, procedures, and new equipment.
Documentation: Monitor & maintain up-to-date records of all education and training hours
Identify Gaps: Identify educational needs based on quality reviews, incident reports, and audits.
Survey Readiness: Assist in preparing for count/state Department of Health or CMS surveys.
