Job summary

American Senior Communities’ Brownsburg Meadows is seeking a Staff Development Coordinator (RN) to lead education, skills validation, and clinical observations. This on-site role works under the Director of Nursing Services to drive quality assurance and onboarding processes.

The coordinator engages staff, promotes recognition and retention, and champions growth opportunities within the organization and its partnerships with Indiana colleges. On-call rotation is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Indiana RN license or ability to obtain an Indiana license.
• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excellence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct education, skills competencies, and training as directed by the Director of Nursing Services.
• Perform clinical observations and quality assurance audits.
• Assist with new employee hiring and staff development initiatives.
• Engage staff to champion recognition and retention programs and advocate growth.
