Job summary

American Senior Communities, LLC is seeking a Staff Development Coordinator at Betz Nursing Home to lead education programs, perform skills assessments, and conduct clinical observations under the Director of Nursing Services. This role also supports recruitment and onboarding of new hires while promoting recognition and staff development across the facility.

Qualified candidates are expected to hold an Indiana RN license, demonstrate C.A.R.E.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Indiana RN license or ability to obtain an Indiana license.
• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to residents, family members, customers and staff. Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excellence

Responsibilities

• Coordinate education, skills competencies, training, clinical observations and quality assurance audits as directed by the Director of Nursing Services.
• Assist with new employee hiring.
• Champion employee recognition and retention programs and support growth and development within the company
