Responsibilities

• Develops new education programs for the PSA offices and the organization.
• Plans and implements cost-effective educational programs to meet learning needs of the Hospice department.
• Provides comprehensive orientation and clinical in-service education.
• Develops an evaluation system to determine effectiveness of educational activities and performs learning needs assessments.
• Collaborates with PSA management on educational assessments, recommendations, and outcomes.
• Reviews policies annually and updates according to State, Federal and OSHA regulations.
