Qualifications

• A BSN from an NLN-accredited college or university.
• Three years' experience in acute care/home care/public health administration.
• Two years' staff development teaching experience.
• Current Connecticut RN license and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develops and plans education programs for PSA offices and the organization.
• Implements cost-effective educational programs for identified learning needs of the Hospice department.
• Provides comprehensive orientation and clinical in-service education.
• Develops an evaluation system to determine effectiveness of educational activities.
