Qualifications

3+ years in acute care/home care/public health administration
2+ years in staff development and teaching in clinical settings
Ability to develop and implement education programs
Strong communication and policy-writing skills

Responsibilities

Directs education activities for development and orientation of clinical agency staff
Oversees implementation of State and Federal guidelines and accreditation requirements
Develops new education programs and cost-effective curricula
Plans and conducts orientation and in-service education
Develops evaluation systems to measure effectiveness of education activities
Collaborates with PSA office management on educational assessments and outcomes
