Job summary

Your Health Organization in the United States (Aiken, SC) is hiring a Director of Clinical Education to design, implement, and evaluate comprehensive educational programs for our clinical staff. The role emphasizes leadership, mentorship, and advancement of evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate has an RN license, 3+ years of clinical experience, and a Master’s in Nursing Education (preferred) with CNPD certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Current RN Licensure. License must be in good standing.
• Minimum of three years clinical experience.
• Master’s Degree in Nursing Education or related field preferred.
• CNPD or related certification preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in adult education principles and methodologies.
• Experience developing/delivering online or blended learning.
• Proficient with technology tools for remote monitoring, telemedicine, and EMRs.
• Strong reading, writing and verbal communication skills.
• Good basic computer skills and leadership ability.
• Ability to foster teamwork and ethical professional conduct.
• Willingness to travel between offices and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to the interdisciplinary team.
• Lead development and delivery of education programs for staff.
• Promote evidence-based practice across clinical care.
• Assess staff education needs and design learning solutions.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and drive quality improvements.
• Collaborate with leaders to implement training aligned with goals.
• Coordinate with vendors for learning opportunities.
