Job summary

MUSC Florence is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the clinical nurse education team as a Clinical Nursing Educator. The role focuses on organizing, delivering, and evaluating educational programs for clinical staff to improve patient care.

Schedule is 40 hours per week with days; benefits include state health benefits, retirement, and paid parental leave. The candidate will collaborate with the health care team and must hold SC RN license; BSN required with MSN preferred.

Qualifications

• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical/surgical nursing.
• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in South Carolina; BLS/ACLS/PALS Instructor status preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize, administer, and evaluate educational programs for clinical staff.
• Develop and deliver training to improve patient care and outcomes.
• Collaborate with nursing leadership and care teams to implement education initiatives.
