Job summary
Your Health Organization in Columbia, SC seeks a Director of Clinical Education to lead clinical education efforts for our Columbia employees. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive educational programs, mentoring staff, and driving learning initiatives aligned with patient care quality metrics.

Qualifications
- RN with current license in good standing
- 3+ years of clinical experience
- Master’s degree in nursing education preferred
- CNPD or related certification preferred
- Experience delivering online or blended learning programs
- Proficiency with EMR, telemedicine and digital education tools
Responsibilities
- Serve as clinical resource and mentor to interdisciplinary team
- Integrate evidence-based practice into clinical education
- Assess staff education needs and develop training plans
- Design, implement, and evaluate innovative learning solutions
- Evaluate program effectiveness and adjust as needed
- Collaborate with leadership to develop risk-reducing protocols
- Lead hands‑on workshops, simulations, and competency checks
- Support staff continuing education and professional development
