Job summary

Your Health Organization is seeking a Director of Clinical Education to lead clinical training for our Marietta employees. You will design, implement, and evaluate comprehensive programs, mentor staff, and collaborate with leaders to ensure high-quality patient care.

The role requires strong clinical background and leadership, with daily presence in the Marietta office and a full-time, 8-hour schedule (8:00 AM–5:00 PM), Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience.
• Master’s in Nursing Education preferred; CNPD certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as clinical education lead, mentoring interdisciplinary teams.
• Develop and evaluate evidence-based education programs.
• Design and deliver hands-on workshops, simulations, and competency assessments.
• Stay updated with clinical guidelines and translate into training.
• Collaborate with leadership to align training with organizational goals.
• Coordinate with external vendors to enhance learning opportunities.
