Job summary

Diversicare seeks a Director Clinical Educator to lead training and orientation across our facilities. You will assess training needs, schedule comprehensive programs, and supervise online education compliance to ensure top-quality patient care.

You will develop innovative recruitment strategies, oversee staff development, and collaborate with leadership on budgets while maintaining a compassionate, safety-focused workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Teaching/instructional experience preferred.
• Strong communication of technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Ability to assess department training needs and deliver targeted programs.

Responsibilities

• Assess department training needs and respond accordingly.
• Orient new staff and provide ongoing training for employees.
• Schedule training programs and in-services for all employees.
• Lecture and demonstrate procedures using various media; engage outside experts when possible.
• Monitor online education compliance and supervise usage.
• Develop recruitment strategies and assist with open position selections.
• Maintain training documentation and track orientation progress.
• Coordinate with Administrator on budget and department needs.
