Job summary

Allina Health is seeking a Clinical Training Coordinator to oversee education programs across Minnesota and western Wisconsin. You will coordinate orientation, preceptor development, staff competency assessments, and regulatory education to support primary care and multiple specialties.

The role requires 2–5 years of clinical experience and RN licensure in MN (and WI as needed), with BLS certification. This is a full-time, dayshift position with travel and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years in clinical experience.
• Licensed Registered Nurse - MN Board of Nursing required for Minnesota practice settings upon hire
• Licensed Registered Nurse - WI Dept of Safety & Professional Services required as needed for primary assigned Wisconsin practice settings upon hire
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross (or Allina in-house BLS training within 30 days of hire)

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and supervises clinical training, education, orientation and development for a variety of staff roles.
• Identifies staff learning needs and develops education plans based on needs assessment.
• Designs and develops educational curriculum, tools, and materials.
• Facilitates/delivers staff education and coaches, mentors and teaches in the clinical area.
• Manages orientation processes and clinical training of new staff and provides preceptor training and ongoing education.
