Allina Health in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Nurse Educator to coordinate and supervise clinical training, assess needs, develop education plans, and implement competency programs for a variety of staff roles.

The role supports Primary Care and multiple specialties, involves 8-hour day shifts, and travel. Requires RN license in MN; WI license as needed for assigned settings. Eligible for mileage reimbursement and a comprehensive benefits program.

Competenze

2 to 5 years in clinical experience.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing.

Coordinates and supervises clinical training, education, orientation and development for a variety of staff roles.
Identifies staff learning needs and develops education plans.
Designs and develops educational curriculum, tools, and materials.
Facilitates/delivers staff education and mentors in the clinical area.
Manages orientation processes and clinical training of new staff.
Provides preceptor training and ongoing education.
Maintains records of staff education and ensures regulatory education requirements.
Coordinates student clinical experiences and education events.
Participates in planning, implementing, coordinating and evaluating patient care activities.
