Job summary

Procare HR seeks an RN Trainer in Minnesota to facilitate the OnTrack hybrid curriculum, including 45 hours online and 30 hours lab/clinical experience. You will lead lab sessions, demonstrate skills, coach learners, and help prepare individuals to become Nursing Assistants.

Requirements include 2+ years of US nursing experience, 1+ year in US LTC facilities, 2+ years of direct training, CNA/LPN trainer eligibility, and proficiency with OnTrack, CRM platforms, and MS Office. Travel required.

Qualifications

• Flexibility with working hours.
• 2+ years of nursing experience in the United States.
• 1+ years of licensed nursing experience in US LTC Facility.
• 2+ years of direct training experience.
• 1+ years of CNA experience, LPN Trainers only.
• Proficient in OnTrack, CRM platforms, technology for skill demos, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Certified OnTrack Trainer preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate lab and/or clinical sessions in-person or online for Nursing Assistant trainees.
• Demonstrate skills, coach, and mentor learners during sessions.
• Promote quality care by developing learners’ knowledge, skills, compassion, and attitude.
