Baptist Trinity Home Care, a part of LHC Group, is hiring a Registered Nurse Clinical Director for Home Health leadership. You will oversee patient care operations, coordinate projects, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with state and CMS regulations. This role emphasizes profitability and retaining qualified staff while serving as a liaison across departments.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice.
• Current Driver's License and vehicle insurance, with access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
• CPR certification preferred or able to complete within 90 days of hire.
• 1+ years of supervisory/management experience in home health or related healthcare setting.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently; strong communication, writing and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and completes assigned projects to support immediate and long-range objectives.
• Oversees eligibility of patients referred to home care services and plans services for patients' total home health care.
• Implements and maintains administrative practices, agency philosophy, goals, and policies ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Enhances agency profitability and motivates/retains qualified staff; ensures quality of services delivered.
• Adheres to CMS and state regulations regarding supervision of nursing services.
• If Clinical Director is not an RN, a supervising RN must be designated per state regulations.
