Job summary

You will supervise staff, drive quality and profitability, and liaise across management and departments. RN licensure in-state, valid driver's license, and supervisory experience in home health are required; CPR

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice.
• Current Driver's License and vehicle insurance; access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct patient care operations for the home care facility.
• Coordinate and complete projects to support short- and long-range objectives; ensure eligibility and planning for services.
• Maintain administrative practices, agency philosophy, goals, and policies to assure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Enhance profitability and motivate/retain qualified staff; assure quality of services.
• Ensure supervision of nursing services follows CMS and state regulations; designate supervising RN when needed.
