Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license in Texas is required; BSN preferred.
• 2-5 years' management experience in Home Health.
• Experience with OASIS and QAPI programs.
• Strong leadership, organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct care coordination and supervision of clinical functions.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and agency policy.
• Monitor performance evaluations and provide staff coaching.
• Promote infection control and universal precautions in patient care.
• Prepare agency for licensure, audits and surveys.
• Collaborate with Intake/Authorization to meet deadlines.
