Job summary

Trinity Health at Home is seeking a Nursing Clinical Manager to oversee clinical quality and operations for our hospice and home health services. You will lead a team, ensure regulatory compliance, and work to enhance patient satisfaction while growing revenue.

This role requires strong leadership, RN licensure, and a commitment to mission-driven, compassionate care. Join a Catholic, non-profit organization with Home Care Connect and a large network across twelve states.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current license from the state nursing board.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
• Two years' experience in a hospice agency is required.
• Progressive supervisory or leadership experience is required.
• Must possess interpersonal and communication skills to interface with clients, staff and colleagues.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to the work site.
• Must read/write in English.
• Ability to use computer programs and a telephone.

• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, accreditation standards and agency policies.
• Resolve patient/family issues and enhance patient satisfaction.
