Qualifications

• Current Georgia RN license or compact state RN license.

• BLS Certification within 30 days of hire.
• Acute care, telemetry, emergency department, medical-surgical, or observation unit experience preferred.
• Strong assessment, time management, and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Monitor patients requiring observation and ongoing evaluation.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, case management, and ancillary departments.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions.
• Recognize and respond to changes in patient condition.
• Ensure high-quality, compassionate, patient-centered care.
