You will collaborate with physicians and care teams, administer medications, educate patients and families, document care, and advocate for patients to achieve excellent outcomes.

Qualificações

• RN license and Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of start date.
• RN credential and nursing degree appropriate for the role.
• Associate/Bachelor RN degree or RN diploma as qualifying education options.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patient condition at admission and each shift, report changes.
• Administer medications, monitor response, document care.
• Provide prompt, compassionate care and respond to patient requests.
• Educate patients and families about condition, treatment and follow-up; translate medical terms.
