Job summary

Centerpoint - Versailles is seeking a Clinical Coordinator (RN) to provide direct patient care and support unit coordination to promote safe, high-quality outcomes. The role includes scheduling, education, and performance initiatives for staff.

The successful candidate will coordinate staffing, ensure compliance with standards, and participate in QA/QI activities while maintaining flexibility to cover other shifts when needed.

Qualifications

• Current state RN license
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing required
• 1–2 years minimum experience as a Surgery RN
• 2–4 years critical care experience preferred
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staff scheduling, education and performance evaluations.
• Identify and resolve issues affecting delivery of clinical services and patient flow.
• Perform QA/QI studies and assist with implementation of QA/QI initiatives.
• Serve as a resource to staff and external contacts on clinical standards and procedures.
• Monitor compliance with accreditation, licensing and Joint Commission requirements.
• Provide direct patient care as needed within scope of practice.
• Participate in performance improvement and continuing education.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• May be assigned on-call and work other shifts/units as needed.
