Qualifications

• Current state RN license.
• 1–2 years minimum Surgery RN experience (circulation, PreOp, PACU & Infusion).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staff scheduling and education, conduct performance evaluations.
• Ensure clinical services flow meets QA/QI standards.
• Provide direct patient care as needed within scope of practice.
• Support adherence to accreditation and Joint Commission requirements.
