Job summary

Mountainside Medical Center in Montclair, NJ is seeking a day shift, full-time Medical Clinic E-MD Int MED Clinical Coordinator Registered Nurse. The RN will supervise medical assistants and front desk staff, manage clinic workflow, scheduling, and patient satisfaction.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate’s Degree in Nursing with NJ RN licensure, 3+ years of nursing experience, and BLS certification within 14 days of hire. Bachelor’s in Nursing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current NJ RN license required.
• Minimum 3 years as a professional nurse.
• Familiarity with community resources in medical settings.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire/transfer.

• Reports to Practice Manager for daily operations.
