Job summary

Ardent Health Services is seeking a day shift, full-time Medical Clinic E-MD Int MED Clinical Coordinator Registered Nurse in Montclair, NJ.

The RN will supervise medical assistants and front desk staff, manage clinic workflow and scheduling, and ensure patient satisfaction, reporting to the Practice Manager. Requires NJ RN license, at least three years of nursing experience, and BLS within 14 days of hire. Supervisory experience in a primary care setting is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current valid NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License.
• Supervisory experience in a team leader role in a primary care setting preferred.
• Three years of work experience as a professional nurse.
• Familiarity with community resources in the medical environment.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
