Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and policies.
• Conduct initial patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and document patient progress.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and reports.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
