Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current valid NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License.
• Supervisory experience in a team leader role in a primary care setting preferred.
• Three years of work experience as a professional nurse.
• Familiarity with community resources in the medical environment.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise medical assistants and front desk staff; oversee daily clinic workflow, scheduling, and patient satisfaction.
