Descrizione del lavoro

Abrazo Central Campus is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to coordinate a clinic unit, supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, and implement plans to meet regulatory requirements. This role emphasizes patient care, team development, and collaboration with hospital administration in a busy healthcare setting.

The position requires a nursing degree, ARIZONA RN licensure, and preferred NICU/ER/ICU experience with ACLS/PALS as applicable.

Competenze

Nursing degree required from an accredited nursing program.
L&D: Advanced Fetal Monitoring or obtain within six months of hire.

Mansioni

Provide patient care according to established standards and supervise care by other RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
Manage day-to-day staffing and collaborate with nursing management on orientation and competencies.
Ensure professional conduct and customer service in interactions with patients and families.
Coordinate department activities including scheduling, breaks, and coverage.
Perform other related tasks as assigned.
