Carilion Clinic in Rocky Mount, VA, seeks a Clinical Coordinator, RN for the Emergency Department. This full-time, hybrid role combines daytime on-site work at Carilion Franklin Memorial Hospital with one remote day.

You will lead nursing teams, coordinate patient care, and ensure quality outcomes in a fast-paced setting, while mentoring staff and supporting education for the department. Compensation ranges from $69,721.60 to $104,582.40 annually with comprehensive benefits and career growth

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required.
• Three years of RN experience required; 2+ years in a relevant specialty preferred.
• Current VA RN license required; ACLS/Conscious Sedation/CCRN or related certifications encouraged.

Mansioni

• Coordinate delivery of safe, high-quality patient care in the ED.
• Oversee day-to-day management of nursing programs and care delivery.
