Job summary

Sanford Health, the nation’s largest rural health system, is seeking a Clinical Care Leader for the Long Term Care Unit in Robbinsdale, MN. You will use the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, document resident care, and take on leadership responsibilities within the department.

Required: Bachelor’s in Nursing and an active RN license (BLS preferred). Two years of clinical experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is strongly preferred.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program with active RN licensure.
• Minimum two years of clinical experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Document resident history, symptoms, medications and care provided.
• Utilize technology to enhance quality care and coordinate with the team.
• Lead on department/organizational tasks and committees; supervise unlicensed personnel.
