Job summary

Sanford Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process. You will collaborate with residents, families, and an inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care.

The role requires competency across preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis and treatment, with potential to serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to license and unlicensed staff while maintaining standards of practice.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care, assess residents, educate residents and families.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to staff.
