Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Unencumbered RN license with state board; multistate licensure acceptable.
• Maintains required competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Collaborates with residents, family and inter-disciplinary teams to plan and evaluate care.
• Provides age/population appropriate nursing care and education.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff.
