The RN House Supervisor will manage bed occupancy, allocate resources, and respond to clinical emergencies while serving as on-site leadership for problem resolution and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Bed management and resource allocation; respond to clinical emergencies.
• Provide on-site leadership for problem resolution and escalation when needed.
