MedCadre is seeking an RN House Supervisor to oversee nursing operations and patient care across shifts. The role provides clinical leadership, supports nursing staff, coordinates patient care, and responds to operational and clinical needs.

The successful candidate will have an active RN license, an accredited nursing degree, and prior supervisory experience, with strong clinical judgment and communication skills to ensure safety and quality care.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the applicable state.
• Nursing degree from an accredited program.
• Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to urgent situations.

Responsabilités

• Oversee nursing operations and patient care across assigned shifts.
• Provide clinical leadership and support to nursing staff.
• Coordinate staffing, assignments, and patient care needs.
• Monitor patient safety, care quality, and clinical standards.
• Respond to changes in patient conditions and urgent clinical situations.
• Support nurses with clinical decisions and patient care concerns.
• Coordinate communication between nursing staff, physicians, and other departments.
• Address patient, family, and staff concerns appropriately.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with facility policies.
• Support infection prevention, safety, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide shift handoff and communicate important operational updates.
