Job summary

Habitat Health in California seeks an RN Clinic Supervisor to lead the PACE clinic, ensuring high-quality, participant-centered care. You will oversee a team of nurses and medical assistants, manage scheduling, and coordinate EMR use and documentation.

You will drive onboarding, training, and performance feedback, while coordinating with vendors and procurement, monitoring quality initiatives, and providing after-hours coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, unrestricted RN license in California.
• 2–5 years of experience leading nursing teams and clinic operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations to deliver participant-centered care.
• Assign duties, supervise shifts, and monitor scheduling and documentation in EMR.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance feedback to staff.
• Support onboarding, training, and ongoing education for RNs, LVNs, and MAs.
• Manage clinic schedules, vendor relationships, supply orders, and facilities.
• Contribute to quality initiatives and CAP monitoring with leadership.
• Provide after-hours coverage and hands-on clinical care as needed.
