Job summary

Habitat Health is seeking an RN Clinic Supervisor in California to lead the PACE clinic operations, oversee nurses and MAs, ensure high-quality, patient-centered care, and manage scheduling and vendor coordination.

You will provide hands-on clinical care when needed, support onboarding and quality initiatives, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while promoting continuous improvement in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, unrestricted RN license in California.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with two to five years of experience leading nursing teams and managing clinic operations.
• Strong communications skills to build trust within a team and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience caring for a complex geriatric population with chronic conditions.
• Knowledge of clinical quality and compliance standards and ability to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations within the PACE clinic, ensuring high-quality, participant-centered care.
• Assign duties to clinic staff and provide shift guidance to ensure timely and accurate tasks, including EMR scheduling and documentation.
• Provide leadership oversight with coaching and mentorship to clinic team members for role clarity and performance.
• Support onboarding, training, and ongoing education for RNs, LVNs, and MAs.
• Manage clinic schedules to maintain coverage and coordinate vendor relations and supplies.
• Assist with quality initiatives and monitor CAPs in partnership with the Medical Director.
