The role requires RN licensure, 5+ years ambulatory care, and 3+ years in ambulatory leadership, with a track record in project management, staff development, and budget involvement.

Qualifications

• Nursing Degree (Associate's or Bachelor's) or Health Related Field and RN diploma or equivalent experience and intent to obtain BS/BA within 5 years.
• Five or more years of ambulatory care experience.
• Three or more years of Ambulatory Care Clinical Leadership experience.
• Evidence of project management success and team-based care development.
• Minnesota nursing license (RN) or approved equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily clinical operations in ambulatory care to ensure efficient patient flow.
• Design, implement, and maintain clinical services with staff competency.
• Oversee staffing needs, interviews, and orientation for clinical staff.
• Conduct performance reviews and monitor staff competencies.
• Collaborate to develop training plans for deficits and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead budgeting discussions and assist in clinical component of the budget.
• Promote safe patient care and uphold PFCC practice within the clinic.
