Job summary

Hennepin Healthcare is seeking an accomplished nurse leader to manage daily ambulatory clinical operations across allergy and orthopedic clinics in Minneapolis. You will design, implement, and sustain high-quality patient care processes, ensure staff competency, and drive safety initiatives.

The role requires extensive ambulatory care leadership, budget oversight, and collaboration with the Medical Director to promote PFCC practice and efficient clinic operations in a multi-site setting.

Qualifications

• RN license (RN or APN) or equivalently qualified
• Ambulatory care leadership experience required
• Proven project management and team leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Manage daily ambulatory clinical operations and patient flow
• Ensure clinical staff competency and staffing needs are met
• Lead staff orientation, training, and performance reviews
• Monitor compliance with regulatory and best-practice standards
• Develop and manage budget for clinical components
• Collaborate with physicians to optimize clinic operations
