Job summary

Park Nicollet in Saint Louis Park is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead the daily operations of the Primary Care clinic, applying nursing leadership to achieve goals and high-quality patient care. The role oversees RNs and clinic support staff, collaborates with clinicians and leadership, and drives quality improvement initiatives.

Typical hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nursing program resulting in an associate degree, diploma or baccalaureate degree.
• At least one year of leadership or three years of non-supervisory nursing experience.
• Current state RN license and BLS provider status according to AHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operation of the department and ensure goals are met.
• Oversee nursing services and clinic operations at the St. Louis Park Family Medicine Clinic.
• Coordinate with clinicians and leadership partners to support quality improvement and initiatives.
