Park Nicollet is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor to join the St. Louis Park Primary Care team. This role oversees daily clinic operations, provides nursing leadership, and ensures high-quality patient care in a busy outpatient setting.

You will supervise Clinic RNs and support staff (MAs, LPNs), coordinate with clinicians and leadership partners, and drive quality improvement initiatives. Core hours are Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with free parking and campus events nearby.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate from nursing program with ADN, diploma, or BSN and at least one year of supervisory experience.
• Current state RN license and BLS provider status per AHA guidelines.
• At least one year of leadership experience.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily operation of department requiring registered nursing expertise, ensuring goals are met.
• Supervise Clinic RNs and Clinic Support Staff (MAs, LPNs) and coordinate with clinicians and leadership partners.
• Overssee operations and nursing services at the St. Louis Park Family Medicine Clinic and coordinate campus-wide initiatives (e.g., Flu Vaccine Clinic).
• Work with the Clinic Medical Director, Manager, and Operations Supervisor to drive quality improvement and standard care.
