Job summary

Park Nicollet Health Services in Saint Louis Park is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead the Family Medicine Clinic nursing team. You will manage daily operations, coordinate patient care, and drive quality initiatives while collaborating with clinicians and leadership to improve patient experiences.

The role follows a 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm, at the St. Louis Park campus with supportive benefits and a focus on delivering high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nursing program resulting in an associate degree, diploma or baccalaureate degree and at least one year supervisory or three years related non-supervisory experience.
• Current state Registered Nursing License and BLS provider status per AHA guidelines.
• At least one year of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the clinic nursing team.
• Oversee clinic RNs and support staff (MAs, LPNs) and coordinate with leadership.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and campus-wide efforts.
• Ensure adherence to policy and maintain clinic schedules (Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm).
