Job summary

Kreate Talent is seeking a Clinical Practice Manager (RN) in Bradenton, FL to bridge operational leadership with direct clinical care. You will guide clinic workflows, mentor hourly staff, and serve as the operational link between team members, providers, and management.

Responsibilities include overseeing compliant daily operations, coordinating staffing, tracking performance, and delivering high-quality patient care in a 100% outpatient setting with modern imaging and EMR systems.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license (unrestricted)
• MSN/DNP/MPH preferred; BSN preferred; ADN considered with strong supervisory/healthcare experience
• 1–3 years hands-on medical services experience in clinic/hospital/outpatient setting
• Prior first-level supervisory experience coordinating and mentoring hourly staff
• Experience in Pain Management environment is a plus
• Working knowledge of EMR systems and healthcare revenue cycle operations
• Excellent critical thinking and interpersonal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and mentor hourly clinical and administrative staff through daily standups and monthly staff meetings
• Oversee daily clinic operations for safety, compliance, and efficiency
• Manage time cards, time-off requests, recruitment, onboarding and training
• Track clinic growth and performance using productivity metrics and dashboards
• Direct patient relations and support service-excellence initiatives
• Provide RN-level patient care, room patients, record vital signs and charts
• Assist in surgical procedures and imaging equipment handling
• Initiate IVs and monitor PACU recovery
• Organize medical imaging for provider review and cover staffing gaps
