Job summary

MCR Health, Inc is seeking a Clinical Nurse Leader to oversee RN/LPN/OBGYN Pediatric nursing staff at our Bradenton, FL service center. You will lead, coach, and coordinate patient care with the office manager, ensuring high-quality, timely services under medical supervision.

Must hold Florida RN or LPN licensure with current BLS; ACLS if required in cardio department. Strong MS Office skills and 2+ years of nursing experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Licensed LPN in good standing with the Florida Board of Nursing.
• Licensed RN in good standing with the Florida Board of Nursing.
• Current BLS Certification through the American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or American Safety and Health Institute.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to department staff in collaboration with the Office Manager.
• Perform all staff nurse duties as needed.
• Maintain logs and communicate with providers, supervisors, peers, and subordinates.
• Direct provider orders to appropriate departments for completion.
• Complete authorizations and referrals for patients promptly.
• Triage and intervene based on patients' age as needed.
• Understand and manage all medical forms (PE, work excuses, pregnancy proof, etc.).
