Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day medical practice operations.
• Coordinate team and physician communications to ensure appropriate care and outcome planning.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and external regulations.
• Collaborate with CBO and third-party representatives on patient financial responsibility and reimbursement procedures.
• Balance cash drawers and petty cash daily; perform bank deposits.
• Lead department coaching, development and performance of personnel.
