Job summary

The role requires an RN license with current BLS, and at least one year of leadership experience; prior clinic leadership is preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license required and BLS provider status per AHA guidelines.
• At least one year leadership experience in a clinical setting.
• Graduate from a nursing program resulting in ADN, Diploma, or BSN.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the Internal Medicine clinic.
• Coordinate patient flow, staffing, and schedules to meet goals.
• Lead, coach, and develop clinic staff to maintain service quality.
