Job summary

Neighborhood Healthcare is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to manage RN and LVN staff across clinic sites. You will align workflows, train staff, and ensure compliance with policies and HIPAA.

This onsite role requires strong leadership and effective coordination of daily nursing operations. You will contribute to process improvements, participate in audits, and support management in scheduling, performance reviews, and staff development.

Qualifications

• Valid CA RN license required.
• BLS certification required upon hire and maintained.
• Two years RN experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing staff within assigned region, including RN workflows and assignments.
• Coordinate staff scheduling, timekeeping, and coverage as needed.
• Provide training, coaching, and performance management for nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, safety rules, policies and procedures.
• Assist management with audits, quality improvement, and policy implementation.
