• Serves as a resource for decision‑making, problem solving and staff performance reviews.
• Develops and implements clinical policies and procedures with physician input.
• Provides direct patient care and ensures UNC REX standards of excellence.
• Maintains inventory and adherence to budget, cost containment and product selection.
• Leads orientation and continuing education programs for staff and annual competencies.
• Collaborates with physicians and APPs to tailor clinics to patient needs.
